On 3^rd March, 2020, a debate on “New Challenges for Women Officials at Work Place” was organized in PFA’s Conference Room at 15:30 hrs. to 17:30 hrs. Prof. Polly Vauquline, Head of the Department, Women’s Studies, Gauhati University, Guwahati was invited as guest speaker in the debate to highlight on the topic and address the women officials. Ms. Utpalparna Hazarika, PCOM/NFR, Smt. Leena Sarma, CCM/FM/NFR and  Smt. Shruti Agnihotri, FA&CAO/WST/NFR also participated in the debate and share their experiences and new challenges for women officials at workplace. Shri Sasanka Sarmah, CPO/Gaz./NFR also addressed the gathering. The debate concluded with an interactive session with the women officials participated in the debate.
